Information on optional plans for general groups
This is a program for general groups. It can be used in various situations such as sightseeing trips and children's association events.
A separate Aquariums ticket is required to participate.
Advance reservations are required. Please apply together with the group application at least one month in advance. Please note that we may not be able to meet your request as it is on a first-come, first-served basis.
The optional plan is available to groups who have confirmed their visit. This service cannot be used if the reservation is made only for sunny or rainy days.
After we receive your application, we will confirm whether or not it is possible to implement the application, and it will take approximately two weeks for us to respond.
The contents of each option plan are subject to change without notice.
Depending on the physical condition of the animals and the weather, the contents may be changed or canceled.
Please arrive 20 minutes before the start of your optional plan.
If you wish to rent the room for private use, a separate rental fee will be charged.
