About the safety management system for the operation of Paradise Cruise

Paradise Cruise has the following safety management system so that customers can use it safely and securely.

[Safety policy]

横浜･八景島シーパラダイスでは、船舶事業活動において「事故防止」　「安全確保」は、船舶事業の最大かつ最重要課題と考え、これにかかる　すべての法令規則を守り職務を遂行し、海洋環境の保全を図りながら船舶運航の無事故無災害を達成する。
また、当施設に訪れるすべての人々に　非日常の夢と感動を提供し、グループ理念を基に、地域･社会の発展、環境の保全に貢献し、安全で快適なサービスを提供する。

[Safety priority measures]

最も優先するのは「お客さまの安全」であるという意識を徹底する。
乗客に対し救命胴衣の着用を促し安全の確保に努める。乗下船時は、転落･転倒防止に注意を払い完了するまで看視する。

基本に忠実な操船を行う。
無理な操船を行わず、安全な航行を最優先する。船長1人にまかせず、乗組員もできる限り見張りをし、早めの危険回避を行う。

安全に関わる情報の共有を図り、未然に事故災害を防止する。
点検と入念なチェックを実施し、的確な引継ぎを行い、機関故障等を発生させない。航路上のブイ･船･漂流物の情報交換を行う。
天候の早目の確認と情報交換を行う。船長・陸務員との意思疎通を図り、安全な離着岸を行う。

職場環境を点検整備し、事故災害を未然に防止する。
船舶の点検整備（船体・機関・装備品）、陸上施設（係船具・防舷材・乗船通路等）

重要リスクの洗い出しを行い、リスクを早期に発見し、海難事故を未然に防ぐ。

【船客傷害賠償責任保険】

保険期間:開始令和6年4月1日～終了令和7年3月31日

旅客１名あたり：

2億円

１事故あたり：

2億円×船客定員数もしくは600億円のいずれか低い額
