About bringing in lunch

団体利用のお客さまは、お弁当のお持ち込みが可能となります。
「ザスタジアム」(2F)内の座席をご利用ください。

※お弁当容器等の回収は行っておりません。各自でお持ち帰りいただきますようお願いいたします。

If you have a notebook holder, please send the [reduction of exemption application form] together.

We will send you a [Reservation Confirmation Sheet] by fax.

If you do not receive it after 4 days or more, there is a possibility that it could not be sent and received due to a communication error.
We apologize for the inconvenience, but please resend the fax or contact us by phone.

We will contact you by phone for final confirmation by the day before the day of use.

On the day of the event, please come to the ticket center on the 1st floor of Maxell Aqua Park Shinagawa and tell us your group name.

Nursery schools, kindergartens, and children's centers require approval, certification, and permission from the local government.

It also applies to use by group and staff trips as official events.

After-school clubs, driving schools, cram schools, etc. are not eligible.

If there is no reservation, the following charges will not apply.

Other charges

supervising teacher

One supervising teacher is free for every 10 students and kindergarteners. If the free amount is exceeded, the above adult fee will be charged.

Limited to 10 or more students.

Those with a notebook

A reduced fee will be applied to those who have the certificate.

About exemption fee

Information on option plans

We have optional plans for touching dolphins, backyard tours, occupational lectures, and SDGs lectures.
If you wish to use this service, please fill in the desired plan on the application form and apply at least one month before the date of use.

Reduction fee

[Target]

Those who have a physical disability certificate, a mental disability certificate, a rehabilitation certificate, etc.

All grades are covered.

Adult (High school student and above)	1,250 yen
Elementary and junior high school students	650 yen
Infant (4 years old or older)	400 yen

A reduced fee will be applied to one attendant for each person who has a notebook.

※

If you submit a reduction application form, you do not need to present your notebook on the day of use.

※

Please send the exemption application form together with various [reservation application forms].

About the use of attractions

団体ご利用時に館内のアトラクションもお楽しみいただけます。（別途料金500円／1回）
入場料金のご精算時に、アトラクション乗車券のご購入をご希望のお客さまは、申込用紙にご記入ください。

ご精算後の払い戻しはできません。
