In order to ease the waiting line, we have introduced a WEB admission numbered ticket with a designated date.

If you are going to enter the numbered ticket below, please be sure to make a reservation for all the numbered tickets before you come to the museum.
Please note that the number of dolphin performances that can be viewed on the numbered ticket days will differ depending on the entrance time.

  • Please take a moment to appreciate each other.

  • Please refrain from talking loudly to prevent the spread of infection due to droplets.

  • The lead wire in the hall is a one-way street.
    (After the performance is over, it may be temporarily canceled to avoid crowding of specific areas.)

  • Due to admission restrictions, you may have to wait for admission depending on the congestion situation.
    Especially on Saturdays and holidays, customers may be concentrated, so we recommend visiting after 3:00 P.M., which is relatively less crowded.

  • If you feel sick or feel unwell due to fever or respiratory symptoms during your visit, please inform the staff immediately.

If you fall under the following categories, please refrain from entering.

  • Those who have a cold-like symptom such as cough or fever

  • Those who have had a fever or a cold symptom within the past 14 days and have been examined or taken

  • Those who have visited the region or country where the infection has spread within the past 14 days
