    *From July, we will introduce a WEB admission numbered ticket with a designated date and time.
    On the day when the numbered ticket is eligible, even children who do not need an admission ticket will need to book an admission ticket.

    Dolphin performance is included in the entrance fee.

    All seats are non-reserved, not by reservation.

    Please note that you may not be able to view when the seats are full.

    On the numbered ticket target date, the number of dolphin performances you can see varies depending on the admission time.
    The numbered ticket does not guarantee a seat for Dolphin Performance.
    Depending on the congestion situation, you may be standing.

    Is there a discount for people with disabilities?

    The admission fee will be half the price for a passenger with a physical disability certificate, a mental health care and welfare certificate, and a nursing certificate.

    Can I get a refund for the admission ticket I purchased?

    Please refrain from entering with pets except guide dogs and service dogs.

    If you press the re-entry stamp installed in the hall on the back of your hand,
    You can re-enter as many times as you like on the day of admission.

    * To prevent the spread of new coronavirus infection, we are currently discontinuing the installation of re-entry stamps.
    When re-entering, please show the admission ticket you purchased on the day.
    * We have introduced a numbered ticket for online admission with a designated date and time.
    On the days covered by the numbered ticket, you will need a numbered ticket for the time you need to re-enter.

    Drinks and snacks are available at the "Coral Cafe Bar" and "The Stadium Shop".

    There is "Aqua Shop Luce" at the exit of the upper floor (2F).
