    How old do you need an admission ticket?

    Required from 4 years old. (Children under 3 are free)

    * We have introduced a WEB admission ticket with a designated date and time.
    On the days covered by the numbered ticket, you need to make a reservation for the numbered ticket.

    We accept the following major credit cards. Only one-time payment will be accepted.

    At the entrances of the attractions "Port of Pirates" and "Dolphin Party"
    Only cash or electronic money can be used.

    Is the Dolphin Performance charged?

    Dolphin performance is included in the entrance fee.

    All seats are non-reserved, not by reservation.

    Please note that you may not be able to view when the seats are full.

    Is there a discount for people with disabilities?

    The admission fee will be half the price for a passenger with a physical disability certificate, a mental health care and welfare certificate, and a nursing certificate.

    Is it possible to enter with a stroller?

    エレベーターやスロープを設置しておりますので、ご入場は可能ですが
    一部順路と逆にお進みいただくエリアがございますので、あらかじめご了承ください。

    ※スロープは「パークエントランス」から「マジカルグラウンド」出口へ通じており、
    「マジカルグラウンド」インタライブエリア入口まで順路と逆のご案内になります。

    ※安全のため、ベビーカーでのエスカレーターの利用はご遠慮ください。
     1階「コーラルカフェバー」のエレベーターをお使いいただきますようお願いいたします。

    Can I re-enter?

    If you press the re-entry stamp installed in the hall on the back of your hand,
    You can re-enter as many times as you like on the day of admission.

    * To prevent the spread of new coronavirus infection, we are currently discontinuing the re-entry stamp.
    Please show the admission ticket you purchased on the day of re-entry.

    We do not accept luggage storage. Please use the coin locker in the building.

    Drinks and snacks are available at the "Coral Cafe Bar" and "The Stadium Shop".
    The restaurant is located in the Shinagawa Prince Hotel.

    There is "Aqua Shop Luce" at the exit of the upper floor (2F).
    We have a wide variety of items such as stuffed animals, sweets, and Aqua Park original goods.
